Gregory R. Morris - President and CEO

Greg Morris has spent his entire career as an innovator, strategist and successful manager in the healthcare industry. Prior to founding TriHealix, Greg was Chief Operating Officer of Aon's National Healthcare Practice where in addition to building the core business, he helped re-design the company's approach to risk through Aon's ROR™ (Return on Risk) and CPD (Center for Predictive Data) initiatives. Before Aon, Greg served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of HealthMarket, a pioneer in the new health insurance category called consumer driven health plans. Under his leadership, HealthMarket developed a new generation data-based technology that allowed consumers to act as partners in managing costs by tracking and controlling their own spending and utilization. HealthMarket grew from a virtual start-up to become one of the nation's largest consumer driven insurance plans with over 2,600 employer clients and $130 million in revenues. Greg also served as President of HealthMarket's insurance subsidiary, American Travelers Assurance Company. HealthMarket was later acquired by UICI, a New York Stock Exchange company. In 2006, Risk and Insurance Magazine named Greg as one of only six healthcare executives in the industry's "Top 100 Power Brokers." Greg is a frequent speaker on consumerism and innovative trends in healthcare. He is a graduate of Harvard University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

A. Roger Francoline - Chief Administrative Officer

Before joining TriHealix as a co-founder, Roger was Senior Vice President of the National Health Care Practice for Aon, responsible for product development and syndication of new products. Prior to Aon, Roger served as Senior Vice President of HealthMarket during four years of rapid growth, where his wide range of responsibilities included actuarial, underwriting, compliance, product development and all analytics and pricing relating to benefit setting of the HealthMarket's innovative consumer driven health plan platform. He also developed the methodology and business rules for the first ever łEpisode of Care˛ benefit design. This changed the benefit structure in health insurance from location based benefits (inpatient, outpatient) to medical condition based benefits (such as knee surgery, hip fracture, diabetes). Before HealthMarket, Roger was Director of Corporate Underwriting for Coventry Healthcare, a super-regional health insurance holding company. He has also served as the Senior Director of Underwriting for Mid-Atlantic Medical Services (MAMSI) in Rockville, Maryland. Roger holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University.

Eugene (Chip) Walters - Executive Vice President

Prior to joining TriHealix, Chip was Vice President, New Product Development at UnitedHealth Group's Exante Financial Services, responsible for setting and executing strategies for new capabilities and to drive product/capability development efforts and market adoption of innovations aimed at improving healthcare consumerism and new industry-wide efficiencies. Specific product areas included integrated health plan ID/financial access card products, real-time claim adjudication, and card-based eligibility verification. Prior to Exante Financial Services, Chip was Senior Director, Program Management and Technologies Project Management for Uniprise, also a UnitedHealth Group company, where he led the program management organization in executing complex, multi-million dollar application software development projects in support of key segment business strategies. Before UnitedHealth Group, Chip was Assistant Vice President, Finance Reengineering for CIGNA Healthcare where he was responsible for driving measurable improvement in the financial close process and reporting operations for managed care business spanning systems, process and organizational design. In this role, he brought together disparate data from multiple transaction platforms and drove standard practices and process across 30+ health plans. Prior to CIGNA Healthcare, Chip was Principal, Management Consulting Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers where he provided strategy and change management consulting services to Fortune 500 clients. Chip is a frequent speaker at healthcare industry conferences and participates in standards setting committees such as the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI). He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

William Reboul - Executive Vice President

Prior to joining TriHealix, Bill was the Vice President, Specialty Operations at UnitedHealth Group's Exante Financial Services. His areas of responsibilities included the operations, production and product enhancement of the Healthcare Account Card (Medical ID Card). Bill was responsible for creating the overall strategy, roadmap and leading the initial successful consolidation of card of manufacturing vendors across UnitedHealth Group. These conversions have resulted in significant operational improvements and hard dollar savings to the business and card product. Bill has also held a number program leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare focused on improving the overall operational processes of the business and developing new business areas. Before UnitedHealth Group, Bill was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations practice. Bill's principle areas of focus were in Operational / Process Improvement, Corporate Strategy, Value Based Management / IT Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions and Start-up Leadership. During his tenure with Deloitte, Bill led the successful creation of a joint venture from concept to deployment and served as the COO until the venture was transitioned to the client. Bill holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Lehigh University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Mark Keck - Executive Vice President

Mark Keck has been engaged in a range of healthcare product development endeavors as well as frequent public speaking and writing. His 16-year career within the healthcare and finance industries includes experience in sales and business development, strategic planning and product development. Prior to joining TriHealix, Mark was Vice President of Healthcare Solutions for American Express where he developed healthcare strategy and positioning for the company. Mark designed and led the implementation of market leading Consumer Directed Healthcare solutions through partnerships with four of the top five national health plans. Prior to American Express, Mark served as Executive Vice President of the New York and Tampa markets for Motivano, a human capital management company providing nontraditional benefits through customized web portals and healthcare debit cards. While at Motivano, Mark led the strategy and development of their SmartAwards™ and SmartFlex™ products. Before Motivano, Mark spent several years at Oxford Health Plans as Regional Manager in New York, where he managed sales, marketing and product development for several regions. He has also held management and sales positions for Prudential Insurance Company and U.S. Healthcare. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in Policy Management Studies from Dickinson College.
